So as usual I get super unlucky with my flights over seas and always get screwed. You would think that i would have this traveling thing dialed by now, but I don’t think i will ever get it figured out. I show up to the airport in Denver ready to go but they were not ready for me. Cheaptickets thought it would be super funny to play a prank on me by not sending me my paper tickets. ha ha funny joke, who even uses those anyway. I thought we graduated from the stone age. Anyway so i had to book a new flight to Chicago just to get to a swiss air counter to talk to someone who could do anything to help me out. After about a day in Chicago someone pulled there head out of there ass and just changed my ticket to an E ticket. Weird concept, eh? Anyway i finally made it to Laax ready to go. And here is what went down. Pretty Good.

So most of silverton was just having a bunch of fun and tons of partying. Then like the athletes we are we slayed it on the one good day that we had. Oh and Jake needs some more days on a sled for sure. But we got some banger shots with poorboyz, took all the locals money in poker, and had the biggest hater session anyone has ever scene.

Pimp shot by Nate Abbott

So, I was just down in Silverton, with The Dumont, John Symms, Jake Largess, Nate Abbott and Johnny from Poorboyz, trying to get some shots. The place is pretty beautiful, but the snow wasn’t quite as plentiful as the views. 

“It’s always tough shooting backcountry, but we did our time and we got a couple banging still shots,” says Pro photographer pimp Nate Abbott. “Also, I will never forget Pete’s first dub on a straight jump… so huge and smooth.”

We’re now back in Dillon, trying to get out plans together for the next month or so, stay tuned!
